that is specifically designed to be an "Express Lube" business.
You purchase the number of bays that you want. Boegh delivers the "
modules" to your prepared site where Boegh installs them - and you are
ready to change oil in 3-5 days. The unique building design does not require
you to dig an expensive hole in the ground to change oil. When you think
about it, all you do under a car in the oil change business is drain the oil,
install a new oil filter and grease bottom fittings. With new innovations
that I incorporated into the Boegh design, you no longer need to touch a drain
plug. This will greatly reduce your liability for claims while improving your
customer service.
The beauty of this system is that it opens up many potential locations, such as
parking lot out parcels, empty lots, C-store property, high water table sites,
hard rock base sites, or small footprint sites that might not be suitable
for quick lube with a deeply dug pit. The Boegh design also eliminates expensive,
time-consuming construction projects that eat up your cash!
